20 June 2011 - 4:30 a.m. - Cape Town International airport...and half the SA Surfing Team are ready to leave for Jozi to pick up the rest of the members before heading to Sao Paolo and then Panama for the World Surfing Games. From L - Isaac February, Manager, Llewellyn Whitaker, Captain, Matt Bromley, Matt Moir, Justin Bing. 'Coffins' of boards have got to be shipped half way round the planet and arrive in one piece at the right place on the right day - these aren't just any surfboards, but pieces of craftsmanship that have been tweaked over the surfers lifetime. Chile ash cloud has cleared - lets fly!!!
