This is the sea thats raging around Cape Town at the moment. The strong wind is swinging west and pushing the size even bigger, with some 25 foot waves off the Outer reefs and a mixed up swell - with the best intelligence available, not even the secret service could effect climate change that quickly - so her ferry trip out to Robben Island is cancelled. The Cape of Storms is living up to its name.
