Cape Doctors in the House

Holidays are here, and the South Easter is klapping us. All the foreign kiteboarders are in town, racing last years rust buckets around the Peninsula. Best time of the day is 5:30 till 11:00a.m. - its quiet, hardly any wind, lots of uncrowded surf and no traffic. Then a light lunch as the wind picks up - whats cool, is that all the Atlantic beachfront restaurants have put up windshelters - you can see the white horses and sea spray, but still sip your Mojito on the deck...then its siesta time, to make up for the early call. Quick wake up swim and head back for sundowners around 8:00 o'clock - Lifes good in Cape Town - and we'll do it all over again tomorrow!
